13 October 2026 09:30 - 12:30 Full	Employment Relations Forum - AI in the Workplace: what it means for people managers Join Acas North West for this half day networking event where Acas Senior Business Advisers will be leading a discussion on AI in the workplace. The event will focus on some of the benefits and risks that are coming up as common themes around the use of AI, from both an employer and employee perspective – including recruitment, investigations and grievances.  Please note, this session is about the people management challenges and opportunities – not the technical aspect of AI platforms.  Delegates will also receive a case law update from an employment solicitor and will have the opportunity to discuss and work through the issues affecting their workplaces, guided by Acas Senior Business Advisers.
