Flexible working: how to handle requests - digital event

After 26 weeks of employment, employees have a statutory right to ask to work flexibly. An employer must have sound business reason for rejecting a request. 

This 3-hour digital event will look at the different types of flexible working and the relevant law. It will also outline the Acas Code of Practice and provide good practice on handling requests.
