Setting up and running a staff forum or consultative group

Employee voice is about much more than giving employees a chance to have their say. It is about setting up channels for communication and arrangements for consultation that allows employees to be actively involved in decision-making.
An effective staff forum can drive innovation and improve business outcomes, provide an early warning system for emerging problems, and ultimately increase employee engagement with their work and their organisation.
