Gender Pay Reporting

The gender pay gap regulations requires businesses with over 250 employees to measure and report on their gender pay gap. The regulations apply to public and private businesses, along with voluntary sector organisations.

NB Most Scottish and Welsh public authorities are subject to their own specific gender pay gap reporting obligations

Relevant organisations may need to review their current pay systems, other people policies to make sure they can best comply with the legislation.
