Employers have a duty of care to employees. This includes a legal  responsibility to support their employees’ mental health and wellbeing.

This training provides:

  • the benefits of making positive changes
  • the risks of not adapting policies and practices that support mental health

Employers who proactively promote good practice around mental health:
