Can't Do or Won't Do

What happens when you have a member of staff who can't do the job, or won't?

It can be difficult to decide whether a person's poor performance should be handled as a conduct (won’t) or capability (can’t) issue.

This course will give you the knowledge, skills and confidence to manage these difficult situations effectively.

This training event is fully booked, please check our programme for an alternative Acas event which meets your needs, or phone 0300 123 1150 to find out about future events.
