Many difficult relationships in the workplace can be effectively managed by recognising the signs of conflict and then early intervention. Addressing the situation at the appropriate time will do away with the need for formal procedures which can be time consuming, stressful, disruptive and expensive for all concerned.
This workshop is designed to help delegates identify the optimum time to intervene where relationships between colleagues begin to deteriorate. Poor working relationships impact on productivity, customer service, quality of product and, ultimately, the bottom line. It will help managers identify possible “pinch points” in their team’s relationships and give participants the confidence to deal with them at the most appropriate time, in a non-threatening, informal way.
