Overview

This full day course is a practical guide to TUPE which will equip delegates with the means to identify TUPE transfers to understand the implications of a TUPE transfer and how to handle TUPE transfers in practice including practical sessions on due diligence, warranties and indemnities and information to and consultation with employee representatives.

The event will be delivered in conjunction with Dr John McMullen, partner at Wrigleys Solicitors LLP and Visiting Professor of Law at Durham University. John is one of the best known employment lawyers in the UK and he is regarded as the country’s leading expert on TUPE and is author of the leading textbook, Business Transfers and Employee Rights.
