Overview

This 2 hour event outlines the importance of managing change effectively, for both your business and your employees, providing an overview of the key elements of this process.

Most organisations go through periods of change - introducing new technology, a complete reorganisation, or expansion/reduction of the workforce. How this change is handled and implemented will determine the effectiveness of the outcome.
