Business need

This offers valuable opportunities for organisations but it can also present some challenges and new considerations. Those organisations that embrace the opportunity will gain significant advantage by recruiting and retaining key talent and improving engagement and productivity of their employees across all ages.

However, failure to address certain aspects of managing an ageing workforce could cause significant risk or damage to an organisation in terms of:

  • Performance management
  • Attendance
  • Resourcing and planning
  • Loss of key talent
  • Lowering productivity levels
  • High costs associated with potential age discrimination claims.

This event provides delegates with the knowledge and confidence to manage an effective multi-generational workforce.

It will also provide a valuable overview of current legislation and employer responsibilities.

All delegates will receive an electronic certificate of attendance for their participation in the training.
