Building Resilience in the Workplace

Overview

Resilience is the ability of an individual or organisation to positively respond and successfully adapt to difficult events or circumstances.

Our resilience training will help leaders, managers and HR practitioners to improve levels of resilience within their workforce.  The more resilient an individual, the better they will be able to protect their overall wellbeing and performance levels.

It’s currently a hot topic in people management, with organisations that have invested in resilience training reporting better productivity, improved sickness absence and higher morale.

Business need

Building resilience within your workforce helps individuals to perform at their highest levels and cope well during periods of change and adversity.  Whilst resilience is often thought of as something that individuals are born with (i.e. you either have it or you don’t), research shows that there is much that can be done to help individuals to improve their personal resilience levels.

Join us to find out why high resilience is important amongst employees, learn about the factors that drive resilience in the workplace and the practical ways in which you can build a more resilient workforce.
