Mock Disciplinary Hearing


Overview

This interactive event gives an insight into what to expect during a disciplinary hearing, with tips and techniques on how to best manage the process.  The event covers how to handle misconduct allegations from initial investigations to a "live" disciplinary hearing where you witness proceedings and decide the outcome!

Acas and Irwin Mitchell employment law experts will lead you through a role play scenario leaving you to decide the outcome and will then explain the pitfalls to avoid so that you do not find yourself in the same position.

A good disciplinary procedure helps employees to follow the rules and allows employers to deal fairly with those who do not.

However, going through such a process is daunting.  This interactive event sets out the best practice for disciplinary hearings in accordance with the Acas Code of Practice on Discipline and Grievance procedures and as governed by the Employment Act 2008.
