Overview

Join Acas and special guests for this half day network event, focused on unacceptable behaviours in the workplace, with a particular emphasis on sexual harassment.

Business need

Unacceptable behaviour in the workplace can be distressing for all involved. It can also be highly disruptive and potentially expensive for organisations, with a real risk of reputational damage.



We are joined by John Morrow, Lecturer in Law at University of Chester Business School, who will be discussing The implications of the law on Sexual Harassment for employers; - a topical and often a misunderstood area.



Nigel Crebbin from Burnetts Solicitors will also be providing a general employment law update.
