Behaviours at work - understanding the unacceptable


Overview

Behaviours such as bullying, harassment and aggressive attitudes can lead to increased levels of absence, staff turnover and lower staff morale which can reduce productivity.



This event looks at what constitutes unacceptable behaviour, the legal implications and employer responsibilities.

The effects of unacceptable behaviour within the workplace are harmful to all concerned and potentially expensive for organisations, with real reputational risks.



Recent media reports have highlighted that workplace behaviours, in particular sexual harassment, are major growing concerns for organisations.



This event will look at a range of inappropriate workplace behaviours, including sexual harassment.



Delegates attending this event will gain knowledge of employer responsibilities, understand the legal aspects and leave with the skills and confidence to identify and address unacceptable behaviour in the workplace.

 All delegates will receive an electronic certificate of attendance for their participation in the training.
