Acas & CIPD conference: Making flexibility a reality for all


Overview

Join Acas and Manchester CIPD as we move beyond the stereotypes of flexible working to understand the benefits and explore how it can succeed across sectors and different size organisations.

Business need

Flexible working is essential for organisations in order to attract and retain a diverse pool of talent, at all levels. Along with a flexible working strategy it is key to inclusion, plays a part in reducing the gender pay gap and can improve workplace wellbeing and productivity.



This conference is designed to both inspire and provide delegates with practical tools to enable them to make flexible working a reality within their organisation.

Our key note speaker Peter Cheese, Chief Executive of The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) will lead the event with guest speaker sessions from Acas, CIPD and leading experts of academia and business.

NB: The fee for this conference is offered at CIPD rate for all delegates. Delegates do not require CIPD membership to attend.
