Acas mental health conference: navigating the changing landscape

Join us and guest speakers as we explore the new Acas framework for positive mental health at work, share experiences and discover practical ways to effectively manage and minimise the impact of mental ill health in the workplace.

Business need

One in six employees experience mental ill health each year. Whilst the reasons behind mental ill health are not always work related, employers need to know how to address it.

This conference uses the new Acas framework to set out practical steps that you can take to promote wellbeing and productivity within your workplace.

We are delighted to be joined by guest speakers who will be sharing both their personal and professional experience of mental health.

Delegates attending this conference will:

• Discover Acas’ new framework for positive mental health at work

• Learn how to recognise the signs and symptoms of mental ill health from an NHS practitioner

• Gather practical ways to support employees and effectively manage mental ill health in the workplace

• Hear guest speakers share their experiences of poor mental health and the impact on their personal lives and careers

Delegates from all sectors of industry including: Senior Leaders, managers, supervisors, team leaders, HR professionals, business owners, Trade Union representatives, employee representatives and individuals who wish to enhance their CPD.
