Sue Gavin, senior HR practitioner and business acquisition expert. Sue has vast experience of the practical aspects or outsourcing and acquisition, as well as considerable experience in the logistics industry with organisations such as DHL UK.  

Sue will give a personal view of the subject and the problems often associated with contract and business transfers.

We'll also be joined by Mark Hammerton; TUPE expert at Eversheds who will give an insight into how TUPE has affected and will continue to affect the way organisations approach mergers and acquisitions. They will also provide an update on recent case law and give practical advice on how to ensure employment relations issues are dealt with effectively alongside the legal considerations.



Delegates will have the opportunity throughout the day to put questions to the leading experts, as well as in the questions plenary at the end of the event.
