Change management


This full day event takes an in-depth look at the effects that change can have on an organisation and its employees. We will look at best practice for planning and implementing change, the importance of leadership and staff consultation, as well as the legal aspects of change management.

Business need

Organisational change can be unnerving and potentially disruptive. It usually involves adapting to a new environment, merging different working cultures, practices and or personal circumstances and can therefore be extremely hard to implement.

The task becomes more demanding as organisations want to ensure business continuity whilst implementing the change. The challenge faced by employers is to maximise productivity whilst maintaining employee engagement throughout the change.

The ability of those that lead and implement the change will determine whether the experience is a negative or positive one for the organisation and its employees.

Delegates attending this event will gain an understanding of the relevant law, as well as learn best practice for managing and leading through change, the benefits and concerns of consultation and how to get the most from your staff during the change process.
