Managing conflict (England & Wales) - digital event


Overview

This digital event explores the reasons behind conflict in the workplace and the effects it can have on individuals and the business. It will provide you with the key skills that you need to address conflict in your workplace at an early stage.

The event will be delivered via Zoom, in two sessions, over two consecutive days. The duration of each session will be 3 hours.

The dates are:

  • Day 1 - 11th March 2021, 10am to 1pm
  • Day 2 - 12th March 2021, 10am to 1pm

Business need

Addressing the root cause of conflict at the earliest opportunity can reduce the need for more formal processes, saving the business time and money. It can also help improve productivity levels within your workplace. 

Delivered via Zoom this event will provide you with the skills, knowledge and confidence to identify and deal with conflict more effectively. It will also provide insights into the different ways people react to conflict and the impact it can have on the business.

The event is based on Acas’ unique experience of resolving workplace conflict and our insight into the behaviours that can often damage working relationships.

 

All delegates will receive an electronic certificate of attendance for their participation in the training.
