New ways of working: a hybrid approach (Scotland)- digital event
Overview
Research shows that a more flexible approach to working practices is here to stay. There are aspects to both homeworking and a hybrid model that employers in Scotland will need to consider in order to make an informed decision as to which is right for their business.
This 3-hour digital event will give an overview of the key elements and implications of these two different ways of working.
Business need
During recent times many organisations in Scotland have had to make unprecedented changes to the way in which their employees work. This has led to some businesses rethinking where their employees will be working in the future. Should they be permanently working from home or would a hybrid system, balancing home working and the ‘office’, be the best solution?
This event will help you understand the law, best practice and key areas to consider when changing to either model of working. We will discuss the benefits and challenges and provide hints and tips for both.
Delivered via Zoom, you will have the opportunity to interact with our knowledgeable trainers and explore some of the challenges you may be facing.
All delegates will receive an electronic certificate of attendance for their participation in the training.
