Overview

This training session will explore the causes and effects of conflict at both an individual and organisational level. We will provide insights into the different ways people react to conflict and how this can ultimately affect productivity.

The event will give delegates the skills, knowledge and confidence to identify issues earlier and to deal with conflict more effectively. The event is based on Acas’ unique experience in resolving conflict in the workplace and our insight into the behaviours that can often damage working relationships.
