Sexual harassment in the workplace (England & Wales) - digital event

Overview

Your workplace should be somewhere your staff feel valued, safe and treated with dignity and respect. However, recent statistics and media coverage report that sexual harassment in the workplace is a widespread problem.

This 3-hour digital event has been designed to help you engage with your workforce and raise awareness of the issue. It will also provide you with the necessary skills to address a situation should one arise in your workplace.

Business need

Your workforce cannot be at their best if they are working in fear of harassment or bullying. Such fear can lead to poor productivity, increased absence and low morale. With the added risk of a potential employment tribunal, it can also be costly for a business financially and reputationally.

This digital event will provide you with valuable information on what constitutes harassment, how to recognise it, the relevant law and the views of tribunals. We will look at the latest Acas guidance on the use of non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) in cases of sexual harassment, best practice for the use of NDAs and their alternatives.  It will also provide you with the knowledge you need to engage with your employees to demonstrate zero tolerance of unacceptable behaviour, enabling you to enhance your workplace culture.

Delivered via Zoom, you will have the opportunity to interact with our knowledgeable trainers and explore some of the challenges you may be facing.

All delegates will receive an electronic certificate of attendance for their participation in the training.
