In April 2024, new flexible working legislation came into effect. The Acas statutory Code of Practice on requests for flexible working has been updated to reflect the changes.

The new legislation gives employees the right to request flexible working from the first day of their employment. It is therefore key that all employers understand the new legislation and how the changes impact your business and the benefits that flexible working can bring.

This event has been designed to help employers understand the law relating to flexible working, the Acas statutory Code of Practice and provide guidance in handling requests for flexible working.
