- Split into two sessions, delivered over two consecutive days. The duration of each session will be 3 hours.
The dates are:
- Day 1 - 31st of October 2024, 09:30 - 12:30
- Day 2 - 1st of November 2024, 09:30 - 12:30
- Highly interactive sessions to help with retention and application of learning.
- You will have the opportunity to practise your mediation skills, enabling you to confidently manage difficult situations in your workplace.
- Delegates will receive an electronic certificate of attendance.
