Brexit or not - the HR challenges facing organisations
Training Session
Business has been challenged to develop a coherent industrial strategy and this is regardless of the Brexit issue – we invite you to consider with us what the HR element is and how HR can help you meet that challenge. The conference will provide delegates with an insight from experts in the field of employment relations and people management into the role of HR in responding to the challenges set by Brexit and an insight into current and future developments in collective and individual employment rights.
We aim to focus on the ways in which HR and a changed employment relations environment can enable organisations to respond to the challenges set by Brexit, especially in areas of increasing productivity, innovation, workforce planning and organisational development.
We will provide delegates with an insight in to current employment law, covering areas such as, industrial action legislation, employee status, gender pay reporting and modern day slavery legislation, as well as providing an insight in to the possible changes to legislation post Brexit.
