Mock Employment Tribunal
Level – Developing
Overview
Attending an employment tribunal can be a daunting prospect and the consequences of getting it wrong can be costly.
Typical costs to employers of defending a claim can be £10,000 or more. Losing a claim can have significant additional costs and can be potentially embarrassing for your organisation.
This mock tribunal hearing will be based on a fictional case study and will allow you to:
- see how the tribunal operates
- understand what needs to be prepared in advance
