Overview
Around 1 in 7 of the UK population are neurodivergent. This means they have natural differences in how their brains behave and process information. Common types of neurodivergence are:
- autism
- ADHD
- dyslexia
- dyspraxia
This training focuses on practical steps organisations can take to support individuals and create a neuroinclusive environment.
Knowing how to create a neuroinclusive environment can:
- improve productivity through support and psychological safety for employees
- help people to perform to their full potential
- improve diversity by attracting employees with a wider range of skills and experience
- reduce absence and employee turnover
- reduce the risk of conflict and legal disputes
