- Take you through what is changing shortly, including - tightening tipping law, new protections against harassment, requirement to take "all reasonable steps" to prevent sexual harassment, employment tribunal time limit changes, and stronger trade union access and rights.
- Cover what is coming down the line, including - a ban on fire and rehire, gender pay gap and menopause action plans, rights for pregnant workers, flexible working and bereavement leave, further clarification on the new duty to prevent sexual harassment, and unfair dismissal.
