Training Session

Around 1 in 7 of the UK population are neurodivergent making it essential for employers to understand how to create a neuro-inclusive workplace.

Equipping managers with skills and confidence to support employees who are neurodiverse can help make sure people are performing at their highest potential.

Organisations actively promoting neuro-inclusivity can also be seen as an employer of choice, which will help attract the best talent.

This masterclass brings together Acas experts with leading guest speakers to explore:

  • how neuroinclusive workspaces help with productivity
  • how to create a neuro-inclusive environment
  • approaches to workplace design that more effectively support neurodiverse employees
  • strategies organisations may adopt to enhance neuro-inclusion and support people to work to their highest abilities

Business Need

Employers of all sizes and across all industries are likely to employ or work with neurodiverse people.

Recognising people’s strengths and understanding that they might work in different ways and having managers skilled in getting the best out of employees, is beneficial for business.

At this event we will outline strategies to create a neuro-inclusive environment and provide practical tips on how managers can better communicate with and support neurodiverse team members, improving workplace relations, wellbeing and productivity.
