Join Acas’s West Midlands for this HR network forum, where we will be giving an overview of the Employment Rights Act (ERA) and taking a closer look at collective conciliation.

Business Need

Acas Senior Business Adviser, Yvonne Leslie, will be providing an overview of the ERA, and answering attendee questions. 

Attendees will also have the opportunity to learn about collective conciliation and understand the changes to the Trade Union recognition process and the new rights of access, with Jane Wilson, Acas Collective Conciliator.

Jane has over 30 years’ experience working for Acas, including 20 years as an Individual Conciliator, before moving on to Collective Conciliation. She has used her considerable knowledge and experience to help parties work through difficult situations, and find fair, sustainable solutions.
